Congrats on your weight goal accomplishments AND your awesome running accomplishments. I love the pictures you have that are tracking your weight from beginning to end! It's proof that it CAN be done.
I am signed up for my second 5K in March, and I'm in week 5 of training for my first 8K. Your page just reminded me of how important and rewarding running is!
