A timeline, from 252 pounds to 136.

Somehow, this picture symbolizes why I'm working: the feeling of power that lasts beyond the run.

Fully 120 pounds lost. The bikini is actually a little too big now. Wow!

I have 18 pics in my gallery

Congrats on your weight goal accomplishments AND your awesome running accomplishments. I love the pictures you have that are tracking your weight from beginning to end! It's proof that it CAN be done.

I am signed up for my second 5K in March, and I'm in week 5 of training for my first 8K. Your page just reminded me of how important and rewarding running is!

I'll have to check out your page on the link you provided. Thanks for sharing your pics and story and for motivating me/us.

WOW! What an accomplishment! At my highest non-pregnant weight I was 255 pounds. When I started on SP I weighed 214--I'm now down into the low 190's and your page has given me so much encouragement! I signed up for my first 5K coming up this May. Thank you so much for sharing your story!
