My Goals:
Goals are to exercise regularly, eat healthy and stay withing calorie range.

My Program:
Trying to limit processed foods and sweets and eat 5-6 small meals a day. Trying to eat a minimum of 2-4 servings of fruits and 3-6 servings of veggies each day. Also strength train 2-3X per week and do cardio 4x per week (usually it is 6)

emoticon Crying with U and for both of us. Why does it have to be so tuff? I should be dropping more than a pound a week, but it isn't happening. I just have to try and stay strong. I know U can do this GF. Get that MOJO together. MA
