My Goals:
To lose 50 pounds so I won't have as many problems with my arthritis

My Program:
I am walking at least 30 minutes a day.
I am tracking my steps on my pedometer, at least 10,000 steps daily.
I am also tracking my food intake.

Personal Information:
I am originally from Philadelphia, PA but now reside in San Antonio, TX.

Other Information:
I'm hooked on VC Andrews books. I think I have almost all of them now. I like horror movies but I also watch other types of movies. I'm really into Volksmarching, a habit I picked up while I was in Germany this last time. That also helps me keep active and motivated.
