*Lose 10 pounds +Reward pedicure (Achieved 1/14/13)
*Lose 20 pounds +Reward shopping spree

*Use my elliptical at least twice per week for a month.
+Reward - buy the power cord for my elliptical.

My Program:
I have no magic formula. I'm just eating better, exercising and drinking A LOT more water. Since I work at a desk where I sit for almost 8 hours every day, I take the stairs at every chance (though I do limit walking down the stairs since lately that is killing my knees) and I do my best to get up and walk around as much as possible.

Personal Information:
I am 29 years old and live just outside of Denver, CO. I have a 7 year old son who I am trying to set a much better example for. I used to love hiking so I am hoping to get back into that this year. I enjoy gardening, reading and video games.

Hi CM,
Thanks for the feedback on my blog. I had a timer I loved, shaped like a ladybug, but I finally wore it out. Using my phone just isn't the same and the hour glass is too quiet for me. emoticon
