Again, I love this site, even if I dont go on it for a while, its the first tool that always gets me back on track.

Ive been a bad girl....like soo bad, thankfully Ive mostly maintained but I am getting married in 3 months and would really like to slim down and have this be the last time I yo-yo! I know its hard and were all guilty of it but I just am so sick of feeling like crap all of the time. THE ONLY way I can possible lose weight is if I change my lifestyle:

I have to exercise in the morning and change my eating habits. Sounds so much easier than it is! Im back for the support and great articles and recipes on here. 97 days til my wedding, I think I can do it :)

No problem, I hope you get to the bottom of it. I know it seems like a lot of work but from all the research I have done that is the best way to figure out digestive problems. I have actually found a few things that were bothering me and it helps a lot.

So sorry that I am just getting back to you. YES...it is normal. We get all excited to hear from them and usually feel a little let down by the time we get off the phone. They have so much going on that they don't have as much "free" time to focus on how much they miss us. We on the other hand focus on it night and day. lol! Don't worry...just act happy on the phone keep it light and don't ask him a million times if something is wrong. (from experience lol!) There might be absolutely nothing wrong between you two, but you will start driving him crazy. Have THAT t-shirt. lol!

Also, it may have been a horrible day of training and me doesn't want to talk about it because someone could over hear and he get in a lot of trouble.

You are doing great! He will be excited to see you when you go to TX. When you go remember to not go over board and drees unlike yourself, because he will be wanting to see "his" you not you acting out of your noraml character.
