May 2015: 200#.

Strategy/intermediate goals:


Weigh 225# by December 2024.

Weigh 190# by May 26, 2015.

Move to Texas. Start life over. Life happily ever after.

My Program:
Recording my food in my SparkPeople droid APP! Smaller portion sizes.
UNDER 2000 calories per day.

Staying consistent in bedtime/wake up time.

Walk 10000 steps a day.
Walking to work.

Resistance exercises 2-3 x a week.
Cut out red meat.
Incorporate more plant based, whole foods. Fill half my plate with whole, plant based, non-oil foods.

Drink 8 glasses of water/day.

Resistance exercises in increasing sets/reps 2-3X a week.

Weekly weigh-ins.

Goal: 190# (more important, a Waist/Hip ratio of UNDER 1. (making a low BMI!)

I used to use the quote: "If there is a will, there is a way." I still believe that. The will is not enough to find, keep and re-find the MOTIVATION. FINDING WAYS to stay motivated is the key to long-term success in anything, don't you agree?
