My Goals:
1. Live a simple, healthy life.
2. Do something active daily.
3. Run fast!

My Program:
I only do exercises that I think are fun! My workouts include walking, running (including 1-3 half marathons a year), Pilates (mat and reformer), strength training, kettlebells, yoga and Spinning. I love to try new things all the time.

I am an "intuitive eater." I rely on my own hunger signals instead of counting calories. I try to eat healthy 90% of the time, but I love sugar and sweets the other 10%!

Personal Information:
I am married and have two cats and a pit bull named Ginger (my running buddy!). Before I started my fitness career, I went to art school. I still paint and make fun crafts when I can find the time. I'm environmentally conscious and try to live an eco-friendly lifestyle.

Yay!! Just logged into my SPARKS and what a blessed surprise a check up by COACH!! Thanks Sis!!

Everything is goin good.. still pushing for my GOALS!! It's been tough but I know this JOURNEY is well worth the FIGHT!! I'm making it a LIFESTYLE and not just a CHANGE!! This past Saturday I ran in our city BARSTOW MUD RUN and I feel great!! I ran most of the RUN and I stayed in the front of our team YAYAHHHHHH!!! Here's to a MAHVALOUS MAY Dahling!! Thanks for all your MOTIVATION and being an INSPIRATION to many and hundreds more!!!

Hi Nicole! Thanks for checking in with me! I'm moving right along. Your videos have been AWESOME! Holy cow, have they been challenging!!

Results are slow, but I'm patient and thankful to be healthy enough that I can work to effect a change in my fitness level and appearance. I used the Spark route tracker to create a 3 mile loop around my neighborhood, so I have multiple workout opportunities available. I did 150 fitness minutes this past week. I'm looking forward to getting back to my 250 minutes per week that I had been doing regularly when I was at my fittest.

You really made my day by writing on my page! Thank you!!!

I just popped in my free Cardio Blast Dvd that I got from ordering the Spark, and clicked on the 80's workout. I know that it shouldn't be my main focus, but I am loving your leg warmers!
