Hello,
Your recent post caught my eye because I am also using my 50th birthday as a goal post. I am new here and I am still defining my goals in detail but this is a definate timescale. I am 49 next month so I have about 12 months to work with. I am 14 stone 5lbs now and would like to get down to 10 stone as a long term goal.

Maybe we can encourage each other with our mutual goals.

"If you celebrate your differentness, the world will, too.
It believes exactly what you tell it—through the words you use to describe yourself, the actions you take to care for yourself, and the choices you make to express yourself. Tell the world you are one-of-a-kind creation who came here to experience wonder and spread joy."

Beth, you asked the question is there any way to save a video. If no one has responded, look at the page on the left side where you have the various places to click on like, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterst etc. As you continue to look down, you will se a save with a check mark in the heart. Click on that and you have saved it into your favorites. Now go to the Start page and under personalized programs on the left there is a My Favorites. Click on it and you should see the video again. Good luck. Any questions, let me know.
