I'm a cook originally from Cal. have been over weight forever, and am dying for a change!!!
I'm really going to try this time.

So I took the week off, I had too. I had some big stuff goin on and the last thing I needed to worry about was logging my food and going to the gym. thats all over now and I'm goin back to the gym starting tomorrow.. I'll start logging my food again too but I think in the last week I lost a couple pounds so somethin is working right. I'm not reachin for the cheetos every time I get stressed anymore : )

My Goals:
my main goal is to feel comfortable in shorts this summer, I have nicely shaped legs but the fat pockets around my knees is gross and I just want to be lighter all around. I want to feel healthier and more in control of my body. Also be more active and spend more time outside this summer.

My Program:
starting with nutrition, trying to really keep track of what I put in my mouth. I'm going to the gym just about every day, I know I can rest and I don't want to burn myself out but I really feel good after I go, and I'm already starting to see changes

I was sooooo close to meeting my tiny goal... missed it by one day and thats when everything started to go downhill. I think maybe I'm ok going out once in a while, I just have to make better choices while I'm there. I do eat restaurant food everyday at work... and I know where the salad menu is I just need more encouragement when I'm out.
