Looks you are a real coffee addict .... I have been trying to break the coffee habit since October 2012. And have been fairly successful, but still miss so many things about it, sigh! Your page makes be a little jealous. Haha!
Welcome to the No S Diet team! We are small, but mighty, even it's only in my eyes. It's a very sane way to live and has been tested by literally millions of people in France and Italy (lowest average BMI's in Europe), except that they rarely take S days. Their lives are often a celebration of food, but not of overeating! It can be tough to carve out a sane eating plan in our food-saturated culture, but No S is the easiest plan I've used- take that from someone who dutifully prepared and ate her 3 meals and 2 snacks a day for around 7 years, but binged all the time, too! Eating fewer times a day and freely on weekends is the balance that brought it all together for me. I hope it does for you, too. We can all use allies!
