I have a few health issues I need to get a handle on. I am soooo tired of all the yo-yoing of diets soo done with that! I need to learn to be healthy and love life one moment at a time and start making small changes I CAN live with, soo tired of this all or nothing dieting, on again off again. looking forward to loving and living life again one step at a time! *SLOW AND SURE WINS THE RACE*
I have set SP to lose .5 lbs a week. my goal is to learn as much as I can to change this yo-yo diet mind to a healthy mind and to follow my calorie intake, log EVERY thing, the good,bad and the ugly. and get this body moving!
The tropical moments are more like power surges, full open throttle kind of power surges with no end to the gas tank. LOL !! I have them also. For the most part I do not mind because I figure it is burning at least 25 calories per minute. LOL !! TC
