Tracking - no.... I tracked in the morning, but then munched all afternoon. calories - no. part of the afternoon munching was a gourmet caramel apple - I would bet it was well over 700 calories alone. Exercise - it was raining, so my walking was indoors, but I did a 3 mile walking video.
On a whim, I decided to go to visit a friend for the long weekend... I still tracked on Friday but not the rest of the weekend. I did get lots of walking in every day, but I know that I overate on Saturday (went to an Octoberfest celebration) and Sunday (at 2 donuts for breakfast to start the day, and continued in that style all day long!
Today I got back to tracking, calories 1672, exercise - went for a 50 minute walk in the morning and did a couple of short strength training videos in the evening, 829 days ago
