*Feel positive about my appearance.

*Use restraint with food. Don't make food a bigger deal than it is.



My Program:
*Don't overeat

*fast regularly

*live an active life

*do workout videos with exercise mat or elliptical regularly




Personal Information:
I'm a mother, daughter, sister, wife, employee and volunteer. :)

Goal:

At 24 lbs lost (1/2 way) I will
go out with friends in the city.

At 36 lbs lost (3/4 way) I will do a sleepover at a friend/family members house.

At 48 lbs lost I will plan a vacation or something else amazing-need to think more on this one. Pretty sure I have time.

Hey! Just dropping by to check in! Hope things are going well. Unfortunately for me, my bad habits are really "die hard." lol So, I'm focusing more on healthy eating and less on fitness for now.
