    PS: Thanks for asking how I'm doing 8 days in! Well, one day was "not so good" but I didn't let it get me down. Just got right back on track the next day. So 1 bad day out of 8 isn't too bad. I'll have to try to beat that, though! Hope you are having a good week and staying warm!

    I was back up to 186 at one point during the week, so to get to 177 was not gonna happen LOL!! ;) I haven't given up, but after 2 years on this journey and 90 pounds lost I am lucky to average 1 pound a week. I'm still trying but I'm also trying to be realistic and not get upset if I can't meet certain expectations. :)
