HI Nan and Sableness I haven't checked my spark page in months and I guess I should as I missed your comments. Thank you both for writing! I am doing better; getting stronger bit by bit. I started low impact cardio about a month ago. Can now do 25 minutes on an elliptical machine without the bones in my feet hurting too bad afterwards. I am back to work so that has really impacted my working out. I am usually gone 11 to 12 hours a day between work and commuting, so I've taken to getting up before work and getting in my strength training so I am working out at least 3 days a week. I am also faithful about wearing my pedometer, so I try and increase my steps every week. thanks so much for asking about how I am doing.

Hi. Your Goals section reminds me of likewise having had foot surgeries. I watched Sit and Be Fit to keep myself going. The hard part was not overindulging in all the good food my friends brought. Hope you're doing better now. 1689 days ago
