Lifestyle Change Begins Now!!!

My Goals:
*accurately track food daily *lose 50 pounds by 6/1/2013 *have quiet time with God at least 6 days a week
My Program:
My daily plan: *drink at least 8 glasses of water *eat 5 or maore servings of fruit and veggies *portion control and stick to my calorie target *do a variety of excersizes to keep from getting bored *get 6 or more hours of sleep each day *forgive myself for mistakes made today and start new tomorrow *encourage and support others
Personal Information:
I'm a mom of 2 active boys, my eldest a freshman @ Cedarville University, country/track runner saxophone jazz playing, fun loving guy, my youngest a 6th grade soccer playing T&T Bible vers memorizing trampoline jumping hammock swinging, Scooby-Doo loving guy.
Other Information:
MY Winter 5% Challenge Commitment. I am ready for this challenge to begin! My gear is readily accessible as I am using it daily. My exercise goal during this challenge is to consistently do 7000 steps a day while incorporating strength training. For this challenge I will continue to measure & track what I eat sticking within my 1700-2100 calorie range. I will visit my team daily & read,post on blogs as time allows
