I started last June and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. There is everything you need here to change your lifestyle and head on to better health, as well as making some really wonderful friends along the way.. Your page is just great and I wish you much success in your journey here. One thing that helps me is keeping my goals very small.. and, logging all my food in the nutrition log.
