We can do it not with just a work out at a time. Cardio, Strength training. Work those muscles. Then remember to push back from the table. Remember you have to measure. Not enough sleep will cause the weight loss not to be there. Why is that? I don't like to sleep but I do so I can lose weight. Its a Struggle every day but If I can lose 25 so can you. I love my food!

My Goals:
to reach 200 then I will go from there.


My Program:
I am changing my eating habits along with adding in exercise. Making sure to keep this going for my weight loss and to maintain that weight loss. For me I need to control my food.

Living in Mississippi. have lived in lots of places as my husband is retired military. We have 2 adult kids and I am 53 yrs old.

Other Information:
I want to be able to fit into my pink jeans. This is why my first goal is 200 cause then they will fit lol.

Thanks for the great advice on my Sparkpage! I would take it too (and I'm honestly not making excuses here) however DH works 80-100 hours a week and literally barely has time to eat and sleep! He used to ride a stationary bike in the early AM and he doesn't even have time for that anymore! It's really tough because he would actually love to work out with me if he could. We talked about it though and his feeling aren't hurt and he is going to go up and watch a movie while I work out!
