I want to be able to change my eating habits along with adding in exercise. Making sure to keep this going for my weight loss and to maintain that weight loss. For me I need to control my food.

It's getting harder and harder for me to continue. I have a bad cough; very congested lungs; am 52 and want to make it at LEAST 20 more, 35 would be better! Think that will be hard to do if I continue. I've been blessed so far.
Haven't wanted to in a long time. Am getting motivated again! It really bothers me, chokes me even.
