I want to be able to change my eating habits along with adding in exercise. Making sure to keep this going for my weight loss and to maintain that weight loss. For me I need to control my food.

The scale went down. I must be doing something right! Thank you for support. I just want to keep going. I have been here so many times and as you know I just gain it back. Not this time?
