I'm not sure,I'm just logging my time and I know that it's more then what I'd be doing if I wasn't there AND it's something that helps me stay injury/burnout free!!!

how did your cauliflower rice turn out? I tried making it once and I'm not sure if I was doing it right,cause it seemed like alot of work and not turning out that great:(

I'm thinking about starting a Wedding Party(bridesmaids) of 2012 page!! thoughts?!
I'm not too worried about tomorrow,today I'm starting my goal of one gallon of water a day and the big thing for the new year is getting daily workouts in,one way or another........

We went to the buffet last night and I planned well,I had a small snack at lunch and only had meats and egg drop soup,not the best place to eat,but I did the best I could with out ordering off the menu AND I'm only up .2!!! not bad when I'm use to gaining 5lbs by morning after:)
