Connie will conquer 100 miles in September '12!!

Just not comfortable in my own skin anymore! It's definitely time to change my life.... one day at a time!

I wrote that statement some time ago but it actually still stands true today, July 5, 2012. For the last year I've been working solely on my daughter's project as her manager. As a result, I forgot to take time for myself. I LOVE slogging and walking. I LOVE alone time and just vegging out. I need to refocus my efforts and do some things for myself. ALL of my kids are ...
Just not comfortable in my own skin anymore! It's definitely time to change my life.... one day at a time!

As a result, I forgot to take time for myself. I LOVE slogging and walking. I LOVE alone time and just vegging out. I need to refocus my efforts and do some things for myself. ALL of my kids are grown (19, 23,25) so I really don't have any excuses there. A couple of weeks ago I found my daughter a new manager so that I could retire for a while. I've gain ALL of the weight back that I lost in the past. I've also lost myself somewhere. Starting over will be great!!

My Program:
Here's the plan - 9/9/12
I will workout at least 7 x's a week for a minimum of 30 minutes at each session as a part of the 100 Day Challenge. Today is day 76 for me and I'm still going strong! My main workout will be walking and slogging. For September, my goal is to conquer 100 miles!! I CAN DO THIS!!

Personal Information:
I'm 46 and married with 3 children (25, 23,19). I'm from Philadelphia but I've lived in Southern NJ since 1999. I LOVE football! (especially HS football) Oh and I'm 5'5" which seems to be important when following someone's weight loss journey! :)

Other Information:
I am a movie watcher so I joined a gym that has a movie theatre. I workout to a different movie everyday... That is so cool!!

My favorite TV show is The Big Bang Theory! Odd right? lol
