Personal Information:
I am originally from Northeast PA and have relocated to MD eastern shore to become a teacher. This is my 12th year as a middle school teacher.

I am a part time personal trainer, and fitness instructor at a branch of the YMCA and Powerhouse Gym.

I live my life the way I want. I make the best choices for my body because it is the only one I have. I want it to be as healthy as possible because I want to live forever:)

Other Information:
I love being active. I really believe if it's not fun, I won't do it. I also love trying new things and learning all that I can about health and fitness.

Thanks for the goodie! Unfortunately this isn't a vacation. I have to go with my son for a medical procedure. I will have some time to myself to do some sight seeing, but this is a quick trip to help him out.

I think summer is hard on all of us when it comes to the challenge: vacations, etc. I know! I was gone for 2 weeks! And I'm going to have to be gone for most of next week, too, which means not much exercise/workout will be done. It is what it is! Fall is coming and we'll all be back in our routines, hopefully! emoticon
