Life has been passing me by.
The only way to make this change

Connie,

I am from the USA, but most of the items that I eat, are easier to measure in grams, so I don't have to do a conversion. If I can do ounces, I'd much rather do that, as when I do grams, I never know how much I'm getting, except when it comes to the fruit.

Now, when you see the number out to the side of the item, after the measurement in grams or ounces, it's exactly what's on the nutrition tracker. It's calories, carbs, fat, and protein. All I did was copy it and paste it in the blog!
