I just returned to following the Paleo Diet of Loren Cordain in "The Paleo Diet" after several months of relapse. After two weeks, I feel wonderful with none of the hunger problems, and my digestion is fantastic! I don't know why I ever stopped eating this healthy diet. I got seduced by the wiles of whole wheat bread and paid for it. No more bread or flour products, not even the so-called "healthy" whole wheat.

My Paleo eating is simple. I eat only fruits, vegetables, lean meats, seafood, extra virgin olive oil and nuts in moderation. There are no grains, legumes, dairy, or any processed foods allowed in my kitchen. This is the life for me! Paleo eating is wonderful!
