DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY!

I have ONE main goal now:

To do TODAY what I need to do to get a tiny bit

HEALTHIER!!!!

I will not binge today(I am a night snacker)

and tomorrow I can deal with tomorrow!

My wish and my hope is for all to find peace

and happiness in life.

I am a work in progress , One day in a New Life

I shall be perfect ,until then I shine as bright

as I can ,to all I can.

Work ,work and then work some more .

Pinch pennies and save and one day things

shall be easier.... well for most . Some start

this life with very slim chance to even

survive.

I feel extremely blessed to have been

born where I was. Praise God !

My Goals:
To be happy today .

To be stronger and healthier.

To have a "six " pack.

To be able to carry my kids on my shoulders when we walk or hike.

My Program:
I walk at the mall , my new treadmill , local parks and trails . I use weights 2 to 3 times a week to help build more muscle to burn calories faster.

I also prepare food and school work since we homeschool our kids .

Vege stir fry it has made the change to lose the weight and get in shape easy .
I mix frozen veges-----varieties I choose like:

cauliflower , Broccoli ,zucchini, yellow squash, green beans , a few brussell sprouts, a little asparagus , green or yellow bell peppers , celery , a little okra , carrots and sometimes mushrooms.

I use a partial of each bag per pan------- in a cooker frying pan with 1 to 2 cups of water, 2 tablespoons crushed garlic,half a chopped onion , 2 tablespoons cumin, and 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper(blood, heart and proven to help weight loss). I cook it under cover to help steam everything evenly

I have a Awesome wife,
3 kids and 3 dogs . I love vacations to Florida , Train rides But Mostly living Life and enjoying time with my family and loved ones!
