to be healthy eat smart can exerse much do to knee surgies but iam gonna to do the best i can
eat lots of veg drink more water and to eat more lean meats and more fruit that doesnt turn into sugar
i have 5 dogs the are chiuahuas they are like my family i have a daughter who is now 22 and a grandaughter 3 i have been divorced for almost 2 years was married to my ex 19years and i have an aunt that is a angel iam disabled and she takes me places and ruins errons for me
i have depression i take meds for that some times i wonder if they work i can never tell cause by the end of the day sometimes iam a blubbering mess i guess thats life living alone maybe one day i will find love again
While I'm not disabled, my mobility becomes more difficult each year despite my exercising.
