My Goals:
To stay healthy and remain active for my youngest daughter, who is just starting first grade.
My Program:
My wife and I are eating healthy and consistently exercising. I have taken up running again, and must admit that I am an addict.
Personal Information:
We live in central Missouri. My wife, Debbie, and I are blessed with two daughters. Our oldest is 20 and our youngest is 8. My job involves a lot of travel, as I work with various churches helping them to become more effective in ministering to their communities.
