Hey Beautiful Lady! How is going so far? I saw your Qdate on the quit smoking group. Just checking in. If you need support, I am trying to lose weight. I quit smoking 10.5 months ago. Am trying to focus on the pounds now. We have a lot in common!

IMLOCOLINDA answered your question about Spark Points. It is a little motivation for going to different areas of the site.

To add the weight tracker, edit your Spark Page. Click under Add/Edit My Ticker. Check the box that says "Yes show my ticker". You can then choose which type of ticker you want to show (weight loss, Spark Points, etc.)

Spark Points are earned for everything you do on Spark. I'll attach some articles that explain it all much better than I ever could. And I think you are talking about setting up your "ticker". Instructions are in these articles to help you do that too!
