My Goals:
I have fought the battle of the bulge my whole life. Pack it on, take it off, pack it on, take it off. I am 46 and need to take it off and keep it off for the last time. I continue to work on a healthy and active lifestyle. I can do this!

My Program:
I have reduced my calories to 1200 and I have made exercising 3 times a week a priority.

Personal Information:
I always say I am the victim of a mid west birth. :-) I am a mother of 3 beautiful sons, ages 21, 16 and 12. I am old and fighting the metabolism batter. Now is the time to make a change for me.

Other Information:
It doesn't matter how fast you go... keep going.. you are lapping the person laying on the couch.
