It sounds like you have a really solid fitness schedule! Your runs sound really fun lol. I ran into a deer one time back in Maryland but that's about it lol. I'm trying to get back into running, but its been a slow process... right not I'm running about 15 minutes (trying to get fast before I start going longer again) and then getting on the elliptical after for 30-40 minutes about 3-4 times a week. 2 other days I try to either swim, play tennis, get on the elliptical, or do yoga. I was ST 3x a week but to be honest I've kind of fallen out of the habit - I really gotta work on that! 2724 days ago
Thanks for reading my blog and the comment. As for doing your measurements always measure at the widest point. I measure my neck (about middle) chest (under where my bra fits me) waist (right at the belly button) hips (widest part which TMI at hair line) thighs (widest point which is usually about 3 inches down from pelvic) calves ( widest point which on me is about 3inches from bend of knee. I only measure once a month usually the same time each new month (the 2nd for me) I use a measuring tape that I use with my sewing things. I keep it all wrote in a journal.
