The Step Diet is a safe, sane, logical way to progress from where you are, to where you want to go via baby steps, i.e. reaching 10,000 steps a day or more, but only increasing daily walking by 3-5mins per week to do so. Brenda Willis did; she lost 140+ lbs on The Step Diet, AND she did it in her mid 40s, AND she has kept it off 7+ years.
