My Goals:
My first fitness goal is to complete a 50 mile charity ride in October 2013.

My weight goal is set at 150, but we will see when I get there. I just want to feel good in my clothes and comfortable in my body. And most important? To be healthy!

My Program:
In order to reach my fitness goals, I'm following a training program in a cycling book geared toward women. First 8 weeks are about weight loss, second 8 weeks are to be able to ride 100 miles.
