Fran: Thank you for the reminder about the salt! It's a difficult thing for me, because I have had low blood pressure, so my psych put me on an elevated sodium diet, as caffeine was not good for anxiety.

I know it is discouraging but keep in mind it took time to put the weight on and it will take time to lose it. Take one day at a time and think positively that you can do it. , do not give into temptation.
you are so discourge i had the same problem losing the same pounds over and over. to th epoint i wanted to give then had a chat with my self. and looked over my eating the last month boy that salt is sneaky its so easy to go over ... not writng everthing i put in my mouth the quick sample of waht i am cooking for .... like a spark buddy shared with me
