My Goals:
I want to lose enought weight to take my daughter horseback riding this summer without exceeding the maximum weight limit of the horse (She weighs 26 pounds, so I have to lose that too)
My Program:
I am working out 1-2 days a week at 5:30 am (cardio or swimming) and 2 evenings a week doing Zumba. 1-2 days a week strength training too. (TOTAL = 5 days a week minimum)
Personal Information:
Grew up in Cheyenne, Wyoming and now I am living in Missouri. I hope to make it back out west soon!
Other Information:
I just want to succeed. Failure is NOT an option.
