In Search of a Happier Me

This time the plan is to do something completely shocking. Lose weight and KEEP THE DUMB STUFF OFF! Haha :)

I believe this time around I've figured myself out and understand a lot more about what I truly want which is to be a happy and healthy woman.

I believe this time around I've figured myself out and understand a lot more about what I truly want which is to be a happy and healthy woman.

Now that I know what I'm really after, the challenge is going to be keeping the momentum going. I am up for the challenge though!

Good luck on your journey and wish me luck on mine :)

I'm using the spark tracker for food and exercise.

Also sort of journaling by writing about my journey in the blog.

Personal Information:
Married to the same wonderful guy for over 25 years, mom of 5, grandma of the most adorable grandbaby girl ever to be born in the state of California lol :)

Other Information:
I'm a boring kinda woman. I Read. Anything. I do counted cross stitch, embroidery, needlepoint, crochet, knit, make cards and do scrapbooking. I also love to cook and bake. Sampling all the goodies I tend to crank out is a problem for my weight lol :)

Glad to be of help! Yep. I met the goal I had set myself late last spring, and have not gone up past it since, although I came too, too close this holiday season!

Now I've dropped my goal weight a bit to give me more lee-way since I panic and freak like crazy when I start heading anywhere NEAR that 140 mark!

Yes it is possible! Remember to make small, obtainable goals, reward yourself (with a non-food goodies) when you reach every little goal. It really is about taking control of your life!

Wishing you the very, very best on your journey!
Peace,
Shannon
