I would like to get in to a size 10 jeans again. The size I was before I had children.
I am drinking plenty of water, eating more fruits and vegetables, cutting out fast food and sodas from my diet and not eating while I am watching tv or at the computer. I am also exersising 6 days a week. Doing cardio and strength training. I like to go to the gym about 3 days a week.
I see you're into scrapbooking and cards - when I have time and get on a roll I particularly enjoy making cards - i've never quite gotten into the rhythm of scrapbooking although when I get to the dojo where I work out early - I enjoy going in the scrapbooking store next door and admiring all of the stuff they have (that of course being the big danger of both scrapbooking and cardmaking - always one more thing to purchase - gidgets, gizmos, papers)
