    Hey I just saw your comment on my page (sorry for getting back to you so late!); you should definitely come back even if you don't want to loose weight! Sparkpeople has been so helpful to me even when I haven't been proactive about eating healthier. The community is just so positive!

    I'm glad my pictures and profile were able to help you some as well; it's one of the reasons I posted them on sparkpeople, even though I've always been body-shy and ashamed of the way I looked. I'm still a work in progress : ) . I use my profile so I could look at where I've come from and encourage myself to keep going. Also so others could see and be inspired to not quit on themselves, as well.

    Don't worry too much about falling off track either, I've had bad days (3k+ cal. days) turn into bad weeks where I just eat like crap. The main thing is being able to recognize you're eating bad and keep pushing past it and you'll do just fine. You can't be good all the time! Besides, everyone needs pizza and the "good" foods sometimes (I actually took a drive to Pittsburgh last month with my fiance for a sandwich from Primanti bro.'s lol).

    I'm wishing you all the luck! I'm not sure which direction you're in that's 50 miles to me, but we from the No. KY area are awesome and got too keep being awesome so everyone else can know that too! Or something like that, lol!
