If I'm have salad or grilled chicken instead of fast food and pizza I'll loose weight. So that's my game plan right now!

I finally decided to just try to make smarter decision each goal and make it a lifestyle change. I'm sicknifnobsessing over points and calories. If I'm eat eggs for breakfast rather then Dunkin donuts I'll losse weight.
