I eat Real Whole Foods. This includes whole milk, regular/real butter ... I eat as much organic produce and other foods as possible. I do not consume sugar (white, brown, HFCS, etc) ... I do not consume artifical sweeteners.

My weight loss to date is 55 lbs. for a loss over 20% of my starting weight!! Ive lost 9.2 BMI points and over 10% of my body fat (which was first calculated on 11/22)

This is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE ... This is NOT a DIET!

Im an avid reader, have a huge love of knitting, and playing outside with my kids! Im enjoying running and looking forward to another 5K, my first 10K, and first half Marathon!

Just letting you know, that my window is sure not $30. cos it is a vinyl window that has low e argon glass between the panes, Hubby wasn't able to just take it out like a wooden one. So 204.00 plus 15% tax later we will have a new window!!!
Wish I could catch the bugger that threw the rock, if he has a job he can pay... maybe would teach him value of the money he has to dish out. We are both on disability pensions so not impressed. Good thing they have to order it in so at least it isn't done before Halloween as I had visions of them breaking it again.......

Thanks for the blog comment. As I look around here on spark, I seem to notice a lot of people have gained back a few pounds or have taken some time away... I sure hope it isn't all my fault!

Time to get back to doing something that has worked in the past!

Wow, looks like you have been doing great while I was away!

So sorry I have been away from spark. I had a difficult year but it has turned out for the best- I posted a blog about it yesterday.
