This includes whole milk, regular/real butter ... I eat as much organic produce and other foods as possible. I do not consume sugar (white, brown, HFCS, etc) ... I do not consume artifical sweeteners. My weight loss to date is 55 lbs. for a loss over 20% of my starting weight!! Ive lost 9.2 BMI points and over 10% of my body fat (which was first calculated on 11/22) This is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE ... This is NOT a DIET!

Food: Preplanning/Tracking 1500 Calories 150 Carbs Excercise: Running (w/stroller) 5 days/week - 30-45 minutes Yoga, Meditation, and Weights 3 days/week - 45 minutes

Im a busy single mom of three. I'm the Treasurer of the PTO, and on my sons Preschool Parent Committee. Im a bit overwhelmed, but making a go at it! Other Information:
Im an avid reader, have a huge love of knitting, and playing outside with my kids! Im enjoying running and looking forward to my first 5K, 10K, and half Marathon! 5K - March 30, 2013 10K - April 21, 2013 HM - August 3, 2013 I want to complete the HM before my birthday (September 14th) ... I havent signed up for it yet, but Im motivated to do it!!
