I eat Real Whole Foods. This includes whole milk, regular/real butter ... I eat as much organic produce and other foods as possible. I do not consume sugar (white, brown, HFCS, etc) ... I do not consume artifical sweeteners.

My weight loss to date is 55 lbs. for a loss over 20% of my starting weight!! Ive lost 9.2 BMI points and over 10% of my body fat (which was first calculated on 11/22)

This is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE ... This is NOT a DIET!

Im a busy single mom of three. I'm the Treasurer of the PTO, and on my sons Preschool Parent Committee. Im a bit overwhelmed, but making a go at it!

Im an avid reader, have a huge love of knitting, and playing outside with my kids! Im enjoying running and looking forward to my first 5K, 10K, and half Marathon!
