Thank-you so much for your comments and suggestions. I do have a real problem with sugar. It makes me depressed and I can feel it within an hour of so usually. When I start "feeling bad" I immediately look at my food to see what have I eaten? I think you are absolutely right about changing things up! I think in the back of my mind I was thinking that but I needed someone to tell me that. Thank-you very much for that. Thanks for your suggestion about carbs too. I will investigate further. I have been worried about them "turning to sugar" as the white foods do. I do eat some fruit and when I make a shake with fruit, greek yogurt, and almond milk I have lost. Thanks for helping a lot!
