Looks like you are ona re-start too, I just restarted my wweight loss regime/healthy lifestyle after having my baby this March.
The hardest part is deciding to do it and taking the first step, and then I found the 1st week is always hardest, after you get past those first 7 days, and see the progress on the scale, it gets easier and more automatic each day... You'll see!
