Used to be 161-163 a year ago. Today I am at 153 - so about 8-10 lbs lower than a year ago, which itself was 10 lbs lower than post baby weight at 174-ish. That's progress. But I am still somewhat far from my goal of 137-143. Aiming to be 142.
Running hopefully 3 miles at 6.2 - 6.5 mph 3 times a week (currently on treadmill 0% incline at 6.2mph...plan to ventually work on the incline too.
Running 5 miles once a week.
Strength and Core training at least twice a week.
Mom of twin toddlers - 2 years and 9 months in Aug 2014.
