Baby Steps

Hi, I am 22 and over weight. I used to be an athlete in high school and somewhere along the way I have lost that drive. I will get back to being healthy.

Every time I have started in the past I've jumped in head first only to run out of steam two week later. This time I will take it slow and make small changes that will stick. I've made the goal to limit eating out to 2 times a week and so far its made a difference to how I feel an our pocket books. Here is to more healthy changes to come.

Edit 7/21/13: I am not snacking mindless anymore and I am working out three times a week and am having less trouble sleeping and getting up in the morning.

My weight loss goals are all in 5% increments. I got here by eating junk and being a couch potato so in order to meet my goals I will need to eat healthy and exercise.
