Hello! I'm a full-time working mom with 3 home schooled kids, 3 chinchillas, a cat, and a dog. I'm also attending University full-time.

I've got joint issues and I am trying to ease that by way of my diet before I resort to a lifetime of meds. To do this I am working towards removing meats and dairy from my diet. I may or may not go fully vegan, at this point I just don't know. I'm also reducing my coffee and soda intake, and replacing it with water.

It's all a work in progress but I have goals in mind and BLC will help me get there.

My Goals:
make it down to 115-125 lbs

be able to run (or walk) a marathon.

be healthier.

True Motivation/ Larger Goal: To be able to be active without (as much) pain.

My Program:
I am drinking more water and tea and less coffee and soda.
I am phasing out processed foods and refined sugars and replacing them with home made things and more whole foods -including some raw foods-.
Juicing.
Removing meats and dairy.
I have also used Advocare products but am not financially able to do that right now.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Southern California but now residing in Anchorage, Alaska. I hope to be moving (with a good job in hand) back down to California after my degree (2017-ish).
