My Goals:
I would like to be fit and healthy, if weight loss comes from that then all good, if not then so be it. I want to maintain this new lease on life for the rest of my life. WOOT WOOT!
My Program:
*At least 30 mins of cardio 6 times a week. *Three 45 minute strength training sessions a week. *Consistency!
