185 goal weight. Positive inner speech. Walking and stretching consistently. Stick with my daily ww points and my wonderful group. Go to ww meeting esp. when I don't want to:) Encourage others. Feel good about my body.
Protein not wheat, grains. Veggies in olive oil or with hummus.More water. A square of dark choc not a pint of ice cream. Eat meals and snacks often and by the clock. More time outside in nature. Sending and receiving positive message with my weight management community.
Moved to Alameda Island and love it.

Hi Cris, thank you for the Sparkgoodie and note! Reading your Sparkpage it seems like we've traveled a similar road - lost a good deal of weight, then hit road blocks and regained. Good for you for picking yourself up and getting back on track!
Good luck with your foot, I know injuries can make things tough. Ironically I am having foot surgery in a few weeks, and while I am not looking forward to the recovery I know in the long run it will help support a healthier lifestyle. It's hard to keep moving when your feet hurt!
