It's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life for ME
I've been using Spark People for almost 3 years now and I've done a good job! My highest was 139 lbs, which may not seem like a lot compared to some of the members on here but I'm only 5'1 tall so it sure did look like a lot. I went down to 125 for a while and stayed there. I decided to keep going and worked my fanny off to get below 120 but I plateaued at 122 so for about 2 months I was going CRAZY! I finally broke through and now am down to 113 lbs. My Goals:
I have a few fitness goals that need to be updated. - I would like to get a smooth, flat stomach - I would like to tone my back and arms - I would like to eventually run a full marathon - I would like to climb to Ice House Sattle in Mt. Baldy
My Program:
I do cardio 4 to 6 days a week at least an hour each time. I feel that I've mastered cardio so I'm ready to do more strength training. I've been doing some on a regular basis but I'm still an amateur. I have, however, managed staying within calories, eating the proper amount of protein, fat and carbs and tracking my intake.
Personal Information:
My name is Cristhiane. I'm 26 years old. With this site, I've learned so much and accomplished goals that I've not only had since I was 18, but that I never thought I'd accomplish. I've learned to eat healthy and learned to love working out, something I never thought I'd enjoy doing. I've gained discipline and become very health conscious. I hope this site does the same for everyone on here.
Other Information:
I work full time and go to school part time. I keep pretty busy but have managed to make time for working out. It's become second nature to me and I love it.
