Hi Jansam. It has taken me two years but I have been stuck at 180 (+- 5lbs) for the last six months. Because of some job and moving challenges I have not been working out very much the last year but I am shopping gyms today. That said, and realizing everybody is different, I exercise for health but I attribute most of my weight loss to diet. Grains, veggies and fruit have been what has worked for me as well as portion control. Keep working it and you will get there.
