It's 2013, and I'm happy, healthy, and still here at SPARKPEOPLE with my SparkFriends! That in itself is enough to keep me motivated to do the healthy thing, day after day.
I'm a 50-something, busy woman, with a great husband and two grown kids and our first grandchild on the way.
I work hard, but work out harder since joining SP.
In 2012 I lost 30 lbs and became a real-live runner. I've amassed over 27,000 fitness minutes... That is 450+ hours! An accomplishment I will try ...

Hey, I just got a nike fuel band today and was looking up posts about it today and saw that you have one too. I was wondering if you still use it if you wanted to friend me on facebook to compete. I dont currently have any friends on facebook who have one so I am turning to spark people.

Thanks for popping by my blog and giving me a dose of common sense. It was much needed. Typically, my hubby likes to fix problems not just listen. As a result, he took me on a 65 minute walk last night. Even after my protests that my favourite TV shows were on and that I had done Zumba that day. That's the trouble with complaining you get great solutions and they always involve adjusting the old noodle for sure! emoticon emoticon

Hey Girl. I am still here, just not as much. Have been really struggling to stay on track, but still here. Getting ready to really buckle down once again. I got a Fitbit for Christmas, so I have been trying to up my steps. Thanks for checking up on me, I check from time to time to see if you are still here too!! Hope all is well, and keep sparking!!
