Halloween is my favourite holiday!! :D

I suffer from Depression and Anxiety and I've been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, but I think I have it under control.

I'm an 'emotional eater' and that is what lead to my weight gain. I used to be in a very abusive relationship, but now I'm OUT and loving life.

By the way, I track everything offline, not here on Spark. I'm mainly using Spark for the Blogging feature and to meet new friends.

My Goals:
1) Lose 20 more pounds.

2) Look nice and slim for Christmas parties.

3) Look good in a tight LBD (little black dress).

4) Look good in a sweater dress.

My Program:
I only eat around 900- 1,000 cals each day. I only eat 2 meals per day - breakfast and dinner. I eat the same meals every day. I don't get bored - it makes it easier to stay on track.

I do some form of cardio 5-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes. I usually end up doing 45 mins to one hour each day. I do strength training 2-3 times a week & kettlebell training, as well.

I use various workout videos: Fitness Blender and 'Real Hollywood Trainer' vids on YouTube, Tae Bo vids, Bob Harper and Biggest Loser vids, and more.
