Hey there! I made you my friend because we're at the same progress point in Couch to 5K! Good luck this week! I'm a little worried about that 6-minute jog on the 3rd run day (if we're following the same program...some vary slightly). I'd appreciate any tips you might have! I'm going the treadmill route.
