I am 35 years old mother of four of the Best children in the world. Being a mom is the best job in the world however due to me gaining so much weight it is affecting me to play with my children run around with them, go on rides together. My son wants to go bike riding with me, and my oldest daughter wants me to go zip lining with her, so it is done no more making my weight a excuse it is time to take care of mama, so I can play with my kiddos, they are young know but before I know it they will be gone and living there own lives.
I am not out to be a skinny model, I want to be healthy, I want me knees not to hurt, I want to be able to hike with the cub scouts I teach. I want to go to a regular store and shop. I want to not be out of breath when I walk long periods.
1 To get to 250( that is not my goal weight) so that I can go zip lining with my oldest daugther
2. to be able to get off the ground without holding onto something
3. to be able to walk into a store and shop and not have to leave empty handed
4. to not have to worry if I will fit on rides
5. to be able to sit in a chair and not freak out if I will break it or not
6. to be able to run around with my son
7. to be able to ride a bike again with my children
8. wear a bathing suit and not look like I am a old lady, and not want to die inside
9. wear a little black dress, every girl needs one.
10. do a 5k
11. take my girl to church camp next year and not be affraid like this year because I would not be able to keep up with them.
12. go camping and be able to hike, not sit around and actually enjoy everything.
13. get more tats, and not worry wear to put them on my body because of my w
I do calorie counting, measureing everythng that goes into my mouth
Drink at least eight cups of water.
trying to eat as fresh and clean as possible it is a challenge for me since I was rasied on processes food, but I am learning
I am a mother of four for of the best children in the whole world. I am married to my high school sweet heart for 12+ years.
I am silly and love life, however for so many years I have been sitting on the side lines, not anymore, beware people mama is taking over and going to live life like I should of been for years.
I am been going to therapy and learned that I am a emotional eater, really who would of thought lol.
